As a nail technician, my goal is to provide high-quality services in a clean, safe, and professional environment. To ensure the best experience for all clients and to protect my business, I have set a few important policies. These policies help prevent misunderstandings, ensure fairness, and maintain a smooth booking process.By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms:
Terms & Conditions.
1. Allergies & Reactions – I am not responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities to products used. It is the client’s responsibility to inform me of any known allergies before the appointment. No refunds will be issued for reactions.2. No Removals on Work from Other Technicians – I do not remove or work over another tech’s nails. A removal service must be booked elsewhere before your appointment.3. Late Arrivals – A 15 minute grace period applies. After that, your appointment may be canceled.4. No Refunds – Due to the nature of the service, I do not offer refunds. If you have issues, contact me within 5 days for a free repair (if the fault is in the application).5. No Liability for Personal Injuries – I am not responsible for any injuries caused by misuse or accidents after your appointment.6. Nail Health & Infections – I reserve the right to refuse service if you have nail infections, open wounds, or any condition that may pose a risk.7. Extra Guests Policy – Clients must inform me in advance if bringing extra guests. A maximum of 2 guests is allowed. No children are allowed in the nail space for safety and hygiene reasons.8. Nail Art & Extra Services – Must be requested at the time of booking. Complex designs may require extra time and cost.9. Rescheduling & Cancellations – You must reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows may result in refusal of future appointments.10. Booking Confirms Agreement – By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
